What a day on Saturday it was. I went to the Autosport International Motorshow up in the NEC and it was really awesome! I took loads of pics & video’s and hopefully they’ll be up on the site soon. While there I saw loads of WRC Rally Cars and was thinking about getting different seats, or maybe a really awesome hardcore seat on the drivers side and a “classic bucket” in the passenger seat, but I think Ive been put off since the prices of the “hardcore” bucket seats are £300 +

The main reason (besides looking cool) for doing this is that some bucket seats are mounted on really cool looking metal brackets the bolt directly to the floor of the car, rather than being the rather sketchy subframe jobby, which is pretty unsafe when you think about it. So, I might ask around a bit and see if someone could maybe make me some custom brackets. This also means I have total control of the possition of the seat, which would be awesome.
